Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After your order is processed, it will be handed off to our shipping partners for delivery.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product you order.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may take time to scan packages into their system.
Multiple Packages
Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
If this happens, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@averyselect.com.
If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Contact your local carrier/post office
If you still cannot locate your package, email us at contact@averyselect.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll do our best to help.
Avery Select is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim when possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@averyselect.com with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or solution where applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes depending on your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
